London Informations of Witness taken at the Parish
of Christ Church in the Ward of Farringdon
within London the Second day of September
1788 on view of the Body of John Harvey< no role >
then and there lying dead

John Ince< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty< no role > 's Gaol of Newgate
maketh Oath and saith the hath known this deced
John Harvey< no role > for this ten Weeks past that he was also
a Prisoner in the said Gaol that he hath been in the
Sick Ward where this Dept. attends for this Month past
very ill with the Veneral disease attended with a
very violent fever that the continued very ill untill
Sunday Morning last the 31st August when he
departed this Life that he was attended by the
Surgeon of the said Gaol and that he believes those
disorders to have been the cause of his Death
