Information of Witness taken at the
Parish of Christchurch in the Ward of
Farringdon within London the 16th. day
of August 1788 on View of the Body
of William Castleline< no role > then and there
lying dead

John Ince< no role > a Prisoner in His Majesty's Gaol of Newgate maketh
Oath and saith that he hath known the deced William Castheline< no role >
for this thirteen days past that he was also a prisoner in the said
Gaol that he hath been in the Sick Ward where Dept. attends
the whole of that time very ill with a Fever that the continued
very ill until the hour of five this Morning when he departed
this Life that he was attended by the surgeon of the said
Gaol and that he believes that disorder to have been the
cause of his Death
