Whereas Mary Cornelius< no role > Single woman by Virtue of a pass Warrant
or Order under the hands & Seals of two of his Maties Justices of the Peace
for the city of London was lately removed from the abovenamed Parish
of St. Dionis Backchurch unto the said Parish of St. Andrew Hubbard as
the Place of her last legal Settlement And whereas the said Mary Cornelius< no role >
Since her being So removed as aforesaid hath returned into the said
Parish of St. Dionis Backchurch being new pregnant with Child of a
bastard Child or Children which if born in the said parish is likely to be
chargeable thereunto Now for the prevention of which the Condition of
the Above written Obligacon is Such That if the above bounden Richard
Beele
< no role > and Thomas Crawley< no role > Churchwardens of the parish of St Andrew
Hubbard aforesaid or their Successors for the time being Do and Shall from
time to time and at all times hereafter well and truly against discharge
in dempnify and Save harmless as well the above named Paul Menville Larcony< no role >
and James Child< no role > and their Successors as also the Inhabitants and
Parishioners of the said Parish of St. Dionis Backchurch of and from all
and all manner of troubles Costs damages Payments or demands
whatsoever for or by reason of the returns of the said Mary Cornelius< no role > into
the said parish or by reason of the birth of any bastard Child or Children
that Shall be born of the body of the said Mary Cornelius< no role > in the said
Parish of St. Dionis Back church whenever the said Mary Cornelius< no role > or any
such bastard Child or Children Shall become chargeable thereunto Then this
Obligacon to be void or else to remaine in full force and virtue
