Know All Men by these present That at J. Catherine Crook< no role > of
Bell Yard Temple Bar within the Liberty of the Robs Widow any held
and firmly bound unto Richard West< no role > of Cullum Street< no role > London Plaisterer
and John Shooker< no role > of Cullum Street aforesaid Merchant Church Wardens
of the Parish of Saint Dionie Backchurch London in the Fifty pounds
of Good and Lawfull Money of Great Britain to be paid unto the said
Richard West< no role > and John Shooker< no role > their Successors a Assigne for the true
payments whereof Bind myself my Heire Executors and Administrators
firmly by these presente sealed with my Seal Dated the twenty fourth
Day November in the Ninth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France
and Ireland King Defender of the Faith etc. and in the Year of our Lord
one Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty five .

The Condition of this Obligation is Such Whereas the above bound Catherine Crook< no role >
hath Agreed to take Jane Gray< no role > a poor Child of the said Parish of Saint Dionis Back
Church London as her lawfull hired Servant for the Term of One Year from the Date
hereof At the Yearly Wages of Forty ShillingsAnd in Consideration
thereof the abovenamed Richard West< no role > and John Sheeker< no role > Church Warden of the said
Parish have given unto the abovenamed Catherine Crook< no role > the Sum of Two Pounds
two Shillingsto be laid out by her imediately in Apparel and Necessary's for
the said Jane Gray< no role > If therefore the above bound Catherine Crook< no role > do and shall
provide for and take Care of the said Jane Gray< no role > so that the doth not hereafter
become a Charge to the said parish of Parishioners of the Same, but of and from all
such Charge shall well and truely Save been harmless and undermissed the said
Parish and the Parishioners of the Same. Then this Obligation to behind or
else to be and Remain in full force and Virtue.
