truly observe perform fullfill accomplish pay and keep all and Singular the Covenants
Grants articles House provises payments Conditions & agreements whatsoever
which on the part and behalf of the said Thomas Pidgeon< no role > his Exctors & Admitors
are or ought to be observed performed full filled accomplished and kept comprized
and menconed in one pair of Indentures of Lease bearing even date herewith and

Flemming Citizen and haberdasher of London Churchwardens of the parish of

Inhabitants off the said Parish & surviveing Trustees in this behalf for the said
parish of St. Dyonis Back Church of the one part and the sd. Thomas Pidgeon by
the name of Thomas Pidgeon< no role > of Collier Row in the County of Essex yeoman of
the other part and that in all things according to the true intent & meaning of the
Source Indentures And also do and & shall well and sufficiently as quitt exenerate and discharge
the said Church wardens Trustees & their Successors and all & every of the parishioners
of the said parish of St. Dyonis Back Church aforesaid of and from all and
all manner of taxes charges and impositions whatsoever as well parliamentory
as parochiall which shall or may be imposed or charged upon the promisses
or any part thereof demised or menconed to be demised in and by the said
Indentures of Lease act any time or times during the term of eleven years
