Whereas the above bound William Curdd< no role > is now goeing to Sea And the said
parish of St. Dionys Backchurch will be at [..] the Charge [..]
[..] of keeping two Children of the said William Crudds dureing
his Absence Now The Condition of this Obligation is such that if the above-
bound William Crudd< no role > his Heirs Executors or Administrators doe well and
truely pay or cause to be paid unto the above named Henry Hankey< no role > and
James Marriner< no role > or their Successors so much lawfull money of England as
the said Henry Hankey< no role > & James Marriner< no role > or either of them or their
Successors shall hereafter pay disburse or lay out for the maintainance keeping and
bringing up of the same two Children On the twenty seventh day of Augt. One
thousand seven hundred & eight Or at the returne of the said William Crudd< no role > to
England which shall first happen Then this Obligacon to be voide or else
to remaine in full force.
