Committee by this Vestry to make A final Agreement with the
said Parish of Allhallow's Lombard Street touching their said Demands upon the most reasonable,
Terms that Could be obtained And also to Determine finally all other
matters in Differrence between the two Parishes And the Question
being putt on the said Motion It past in the Affirmative Nem: Con:

& ordered accordingly

Ordered That the present Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of this Parish be appointed a Committee by this Vestry to make a final
Agreement with the Parish of Allhallow's Lombard Street touching
their said Demands upon the most reasonable Term's that can be
obtained and also to Determine all other Matters in Differrence between
the two Parishes.
