to the Bill of Charges demanded
on this parish by the parish of
Allhallow's Lombard Street
This Vestry was Summoned by Mr. Church Warden Fell
relating to an account or Bill of Charges Demanded on this Parish by the Parish of
Allhallow's Lombard Street
London for the maintainance
& keeping of Diverse poor and indigent People (in the Account
metioned) late Servants
at the Green Dragon
on Leadenhall
Markett belonging to both Parishes And he moved that a
Coppy of An Agreement made the 4th: Day of August 1681 between
the two Parishes relating to a Differrence concerning the
messuage called the Green Dragon
should be read
Ordered that the Coppy of the said Agreement be now read and
the Same was read Accordingly
The order of Vestry of 23d
Septr: was Read.
Ordered that An Order of Vestry dated 23d. September 1741 Whereby
the late Church Wardens of this Parish were empowered to pay
to the Church Wardens of Allhallow's Lombard Street
for the
maintainance of each Person in the said Account mentioned
A Sum: not Exceeding one Shilling P Head by the Week be now
read and the Same was read accordingly

the Gent
: prsent that the sd.
parish of Allhallow's Lombard
Street read Accept of 1s:6d P
Week instead of 1s:9d P week
in the Account charged.
Then Mr. Church Warden Fell Acquainted the Gentlemen
present That the Church Warden's and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Allhallow's Lombard Street
had at a late
Meeting offerred to make An Abatement of their said Demands
by Accepting of One Shilling and Six pence P Week instead of
One Shilling and Nine P Week in the said Account Charged
He moved that the prsent
C. Wardens & Overseers of the
Poor might be appointed
Therefore he moved That the present Church Warden's and
Overseers of the Poor
of this Parish might be appointed A
