Parish had lately been to
view the Estate at Collier Row &
found the Same out of Repair

the Parish had lately been at Collier Row near Rum ford
in the County of Essex to View the House and Land there belonging
to the Parish and found the Same out of Repair.

That ye. Lease thereof would
Expire at Xtmas next & Mr
Goulding would renew the
Same for 14 Years from
Xtmas next at ye Yearly Rent
of £10 & Agreed to putt ye Same
in Repair wth. in 12 months
from the Date of Such Lease
the Parish allowing him
£3:3: towds. such Repairs.

That the Lease thereof would Expire at Christmas next
and Thomas Goulding< no role > the present Tenant had proposed to
renew the Same for fourteen Years from Christmas next at
the Yearly Rent of Ten pounds and Agreed to putt the House
and Outhouses in good Repair within twelve Months from the
Date of such Lease, the Parish allowing him Three Pounds
Three Shillings towards such Repairs to be deducted out of
the Rent as it shall become due.

And the Same being taken
into Consideration It was
moved that the present
Church Wardens togr. with the
Surviving Feoffees In Trust
be impowered to Grant a
Lease thereof to the said
Thos: Goulding< no role > upon the
Term's afd: And the Queon
being putt It passed in ye
Affirmative.

And the Same proposal was imediately taken into
Consideration and after Some time Spent thereon. Mr. Church
Warden Gilly moved That the present Church Wardens
together with the Surviving Feoffees In Trust for this Parish
of the said Estate at Collier Row might be impowered by this
Vestry to Lett a Lease thereof to the said Thomas Goulding< no role >
for fourteen Years to Commence from Christmas now next
ensuing at the Yearly Rent of Ten Pounds and to Allow
him the Sum of Three Pounds Three Shillings towards the
Substantial Repair of the Same premisses to be deducted out
of the reserved Rent as the Same shall become due And the
Question being put on the said Motion it passed in the
Affirmative.

Ordered accordingly

Ordered that Mr. Samuel Gilly & Mr. John Phillips< no role >
the Church Wardens for the time being together with the
Surviving Feoffees In Trust for this Parish of the said
Estate at Collier Row be empowered to lett a Lease of the
same premisses to the said Thomas Goulding< no role > for the Term
of fourteen Years to Commence from Christmas now next
at the Yearly Rent of Ten Pounds payable half Yearly
