Serving the Office of Upper
Church Warden for one Year
on Account of his Illness.

Mr. John Abbott< no role > was putt up to serve the Office of Upper Church Warden
for the Year ensuing, but Excused for one year on Account of his
present Dangerous Illness & Declining State of Health.

Upper Church Warden

Then Mr. James Fell< no role > was putt up to Serve Upper Church Warden
for the Year ensuing and chose.

Warden but Excused on
paying the usual Fine
of £15.

Then Mr. Francis Salvadore< no role > was putt up to Serve Under Church-
-Warden for the Year ensuing & chose, but Mr. Samuel Gilly< no role >
Acquainted the Vestry that Mr. Salvadore desired to be admitted
to Fine for All Parish Offices, and the Question being thereupon
putt it passed in the Affirmative.

Ordered That Mr. Francis Salvadore be Excused from Serving All
Parish Offices on paying the usual Fine of £15.

having before Served the Office of Collector for the Poor, and the Question
