into a Warehouse laid

Mr. Church Warden West acquainted the Gentlemen
present That he had received a proposal in Writing from

who desired leave to convert a
Messuage in Limestreet adjoyning to his dwelling House
into a Warehouse both which are held by Lease from this
Parish to the late Sir

for a Term of
years yet to come and also to renew the Term of the
said Lease, and he delivered in the said Proposal at the
Table.
Refered to a Comittee
Ordered That the said proposal be now
read and the same was read accordingly
Resolved (upon debate) That the said proposal be
referred to the consideration of a Comittee who are to
Report the matter as it shall appear to them with their
opinion thereon to the next Vestry.
