Mr. Church Warden Mitchell acquainted this Vestry
that he had received proposals from Mr. John Thruckstone< no role > This name instance is in set 984.
for Receiving and maintaining the Poor of this parish
for a Year certain upon the Terms therein mentioned, and
the said Proposals were read and afterwards taken
into Consideration.

The Church Warden's and
Overseers impowered to Enter
into Articles with him for a
Year Certain

Then it was moved that the present Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor should be impowered to Treat with
the said Mr. Thruckstone and enter into Articles with
him If they thought fitt for receiving & maintaining
the Poor of this Parish for a Year Certain upon the Terms
mentioned in the said Proposals, and be indempnified
for so doing by this Parish, And the Question being putt
on the said Motion It passed in the Affirmative.
