Mr : Church Warden Weed acquainted the Gentlemen present
that at the last meeting of the Inhabitants of the said precincts
held the fifteenth Day of this instant December Mr. William
Farnwoth had been duely chose to serve the Office of
Constable Scavenger and Inquestman, but that he
now desired to be exempted from serving the sd. Offices on
paying the usual Fine of twelve pounds, And the Question
being putt on the said Motion It was ordered that he should
be exempted from serving the said offices on paying the
said Fine.
