his Lease of the Companys Premisses is Lymestreet
on the following Terms Vizt.
A Copy of Mr. Lewis's Proposall wrote with his own hand writing at this Court which he
desired might be delivered to him in July Court 1739 which Accordingly inclosed in a Penny
Post Letter directed for him at his Seat at Putney
in Surrey the 13th. July 1739
That in Consideration of a Term of 21 Years to be added to the Present Lease from the
Carpenters
Company to Percivall Lewis< no role >
under the same Rent and Covenants. The said Percivall
Lewis will Grant and Convey to the said Carpenters Company or Assure to them after the
Expiration of the said Companys Lease to Samuel Kent< no role >

. a Peice of Freehold Ground
now a Garden with the Appurtenances to the said Company of Carpenter
, their Heirs &
Successers for ever-The said Percivall Lewis< no role >
upon the Grant of the said Term above doth
further Oblige himself to layout the sume of two hundred Pounds in Substantiall Repaires
on the Premisses
