Mr Samuel Bennet Smith< no role > appeared att this Court according to his Summons when
Mr Johnson also appeared and Complained against him for imploying Foreigners to work
in the City Upon White Mr Smith said he would not do so for the Future & submitted himself to
the Court & then withdrew and Thereupon the Question was Putt what Fine Mr Smith should pay
and It was Carryed That he should pay 2 Guineas & an half to be distributed in the following manner
Vizt. To the use of the Poor One Guinea, One Guinea to the Informer & Half a Guinea to the Clerk
which said Mr Smith submitted to and paid the same accordingly
