Nathaniel Hodges< no role > maketh oath that
his Father John Hodges< no role > about Sixteen Years ago lived
in and rented a house at the yearly Rent of Ten Pounds
and upwards in New Pye Street in the Parish of Saint
Margaret in Westminster in the said County & resided
thereon for divers years he this Deponent hiring there with
him as part of his Family That his said Father to his
Knowledge or belief has not since rented a house or
lodging of the yearly rent of Ten pounds or upwards
or Served any Parish office or paid any Poors Rates
or Kings Taxes or done any Act to gain a Subsequent
Settlement That he this Deponent was born in the
Said Parish of St Margaret in Westmr and never
was bound an Apprentice nor ever lived as a hired
Servant for a year nor ever rented a house or lodging
of the yearly rent of Ten Pounds or upwards nor
ever Served any Parish office nor ever paid any
Poors Rates or Kings Taxes nor ever did any Act
to gain a Settlement in his own right
