Jane Russell< no role > Singlewoman maketh oath
that her late Father John Russell< no role > deced was by birth
a Scotchman And never did any Act to gain a Settlement
in England That her Mother Kelly Russell< no role > who now
lives in the Parish of St John Wapping in Middlesex
never Since She Came into England ever rented a house or
Lodging of the yearly rent or Value of Ten Pounds or upwards
or ever Paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes nor ever
did any Act to gain a Settlement in England to this Deponts
Knowledge or belief That She this Deponent was born
in Scotland and Since She Came to England has not as
yet lived in any one Place for the Space of a year
nor has She ever been married nor done any Act to
gain a Settlement for herself and that She now lives as
a hired Servant with Mr Hughes in Queen Street in
the Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in the Sd County
