Catherine Milestone< no role > the wife of James
Milestone
< no role > maketh oath that her said husband has
informed her and which she believes to be true that he
was born at Edinburgh in Scotland and never did any
Act to gain a Settlement in England that She was
heretofore lawfully married to one Henry Bridges< no role >
her first husband and about Thirtyyears
ago as She now best a members he rented a house
at the yearly rent of Six Pounds in White Rose Alley
in White Cross Street in the Parish of Saint Giles
Cripplegate in the City of London and during such
his residence therein he was charged to and
Paid Kings Taxes for the same and died there
legally settled That She afterwards married one
John Scannell< no role > her Second Husband since deced
but the place of his lawful Settlement She Can't
Set forth That She this Deponent hath pone no Act
Since such her Several Marriages as aforesaid
to gain a Settlement save what She may have Acquired
by such her said respective Marriages
