that he was heretofore duly bound Apprentice by Indre
to Mr William Cook< no role > of Cow Lane in the Parish of St
Sepulchre in the City of London Cordwainer and
Served the whole of his Apprenticeship there That he
has not Since rented a house or Lodging of the yearly
rent or Value of Ten Pounds or Served any Parish
office or paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or done
any Act to gain a Settlement Since his Apprenticeship
That he hath a wife named Mary< no role > to whom he was
lawfully married and who is now absent from
him in Places at present to him unknown
