to gain a Settlement in England That about five
years ago he was lawfully married to his late Wife
Margaret< no role > Lehyc deced who was born at Cork in
Ireland as She has informed this Deponent and
which he believes to be true and who never did
any Act to this Deponents Knowledge information
or belief to gain a Settlement for herself in England
That he this Deponent hath a Child named Elizabeth< no role >
aged about four years the lawful Issue of this
Deponent by his said late wife who was born in
Lower East Smithfield in the Precinct of Saint
Catherine in the Said County of Middlesex and
was there Baptized and Registred
