< no role > deced maketh oath that She has been informed
by & her sd husband and which She believes to be true that he was
heretofore hired & lived as a hired Servant at Certain
Wages by & with one Mr Barnes a Cornchendler in
upper Eastsmithfield in the Parish of st Botolph
without Aldgate in the said County and Continued
in Such Service under Such hiring for near the
space of three years and did not afterwards rent
a house or another Tenement of the yearly rent or
Value of Ten Pounds or serve any Parish office
or pay any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or do any
act to gain a Subsequent Settlement to her
knowledge or belief nor hath She this Deponent
Since his death done any Act to gain a Settlemt
for herself & that She was lawfully married to her
said late husband

late Father John Turnbull< no role > deced heretofore rented a
house in Flushing Yard in the Parish of st Botolph
without Aldgate in the said County & during such his
Residence therein he was charged to and paid Poors Rates
for the same & in Consequence thereof died legally Settled
in the said parish where this Deponent was born That he
this Depont was never bound an Apprentice nor ever
lived as a hired Servant for a year nor ever rented a
house lodging or other Tenement of the yearly rent
or value of Ten Pounds nor ever served any Parish
office nor ever paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes
nor ever did any Act to gain a settlement in his own
right That he hath a wife named Catherine< no role > & four
Children namely Elizabeth< no role > aged about fourteen
[..] Catherine< no role > aged about twelve years Eleanor< no role >
[..] t Seven years and Jane< no role > aged about four
[..] ful issue of this Deponent by his said
[..] he was lawfully married
