eithr of them That this Deponts late Father
hereto fore rented a house in Sharpp Buildings (&
whose name was John Grayson< no role > ) in the Parish of
St Botolph without Aldgate in the sd Count of
the yearly Rent of Twenty Pounds & resided
thereon for many years & this Deponts said
Father & also her Mother died legally Settled
in the said Parish That She this Depont. never
was bound an Apprentice nor ever hired as a
hired Servant for a year nor ever did any Act
to gain a Settlement for herself Save what She
may have Acquired by Marriage.

years ago they lived in and rented a house known by the
Sign of the Red Lyon Alehouse in the Parish of Bow
near Bromley in the County of Middlesex where this
Deponent about fifty four years ago was born as
he has also been in formed & believes That he this
Depont was never bound an Apprentice nor ever
lived as a hired Servant for a year nor ever rented a
house of the yearly rent of Ten Pounds a year or
upwards nor ever Served any Parish office nor
ever paid any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes nor
ever did any Act to gain a Settlement in his own right
