that divers years ago he rented a house of the yearly
rent of eighteen Pounds in Gneen Street in the Parish
of St Botolph witht Aldgate in the sd County & was Charged
to and Paid Poors Rates for the same That he has not Since
rented a house of the yearly rent of Ten Pounds or upwards
or Served any Parish office or Paid any Poors Rates or
Kings Taxes or done any act to gain a Subsequent
Settlement & that he hath a wife named Ruth< no role > to
whom he was lawfully married.

in the sd County Cordwainer maketh oath that Shewall
knows one Ann Cosgrave< no role > now lodging on Salter
Peter Bank near Eastsmithfield aforesaid That the
said Ann Cosgrave< no role > finding herself ill Sent for this
Deponent on Saturday last and on the Sunday following
the sd Ann Cosgrave< no role > was there delivered of a Dead child
She this Deponent acting as Midwife to the sd Ann
Cosgrave
< no role > on the occasion and this Deponent has been
informed by the sd Ann Cosgrave< no role > and which She believes
to be true that one Joseph Gould< no role > now or late of Virginia
Street in the said County Cooper was the Father of
such child
