ago he was duly bound Apprentice by Indres to his Father
John Davis< no role > of the Parish of St Botolph without Aldgate in
the Sd County & Served Six Years or there abouts of Such
his Apprenticeship with his Said Father who was by Trade
a Cooper in the Said Parish & then this Deponent left his
Said Father & went to Sea where Continued So to do for many
Years & did not afterwards return back to live with his
Said Father That he never lived as a hired servant for a
Years nor ever rented a house of Ten Pounds a year or upwrs
nor ever Served any Parish office or ever Paid any Poors
Rates or Kings Taxes nor done any Act to gain a Subsequent
Settlement that he hath a wife named Sarah < no role > & four Children
namely Thomas < no role > Aged about twelve Years Samuel < no role > aged about
Nine Years & Nine Months John < no role > Aged about four years &
Edward < no role > Aged about one year & Nine Months the lawful
Issue of this Deponet by his Said wife to Whom he was
lawfully married.
