maketh oath That her Said husband is absent from her at Sea That
her Said husband has informed her & which She believes to be true
that he was duly bound apprentice to & Served the whole thereof with
one John Smith< no role > of the Parish of Greenwich in the County of Kent
Waterman & by means thereof gained a legal Settlement there That
her Said husband to her knowledge or belief did not afterwards
rent a house of the yearly Rent of Ten Pounds or upwards or Serve
any Parish office or pay any Poors Rates or Kings Taxes or do
any act to gain a Settlement elsewhere and that She hath a Child
named Edward < no role > Aged about nine years the lawful Issue of this Depont
by her Said husband to Whom She was lawfully married
