Jane Palmer< no role > the Widow of George Palmer< no role > deced
maketh oath That divers years ago her Said late husband rented
a house of the yearly Rent or Value of Thirty four Pounds in
Abington Buildings in the Parish of John the Evangelist
in Westminster in the County of Middlesex & resided there for
many Years & by Means thereof as She is advised he gained a
legal Settlement there That to her Knowledge or belief her Said
husband never did any Act to gain a Subsequent Settlement
That She this Depont. Since his Death hath not rented a house
of the Yearly Rent or Value of Ten Pounds nor Paid any
Poors Rates or Kings Taxes nor to her Knowledge or belief
hath She done any Act to gain a Settlement Since her Said
husbands Death and that She was lawfully Married to her Said
Late husband in the Parish Church of Barnstead in Surry
