Elizabeth Seamark< no role > Singlewoman maketh Oath
& saith that she was born at Chatham in the
County of Kent that she never was bound as
an Apprentice, never lived as a hired Servant
with any Person or Persons under one hiring
for the Space of One Year, nor ever did any
Act to gain a settlement in her own right
that She has heard her late Father say he
Served his Apprenticeship to a Millwright
in the Parish of troud in the said County of Kent, but
to whom in particular this Deponent
Cannot give any information, that her
said late Father never Rented any House
or Lodging of the Yearly Rent or Value of
Ten Pounds nor did any Act to her knowledge
or belief to gain a subsequent settlement,
that she is now Pregnant With one or
More Child or Children Which Child, or
Children is or are likely to be born as
Bastard or Bastards & that Robt. Wells< no role >
now or late of Mutton Hill near Hatton
Garden in the County of Middlx Bricklayer
is the Father of the said Child or Children
