Husband was born in Scotland

his Apprenticeship to a Shipwright

as he has informed her, and never did any
Act to her knowledge or belief to gain a
Settlement in England, that she this Deponent

Marriage and when she was a Singlewoman
was hired as a Servant
by the year to
a Mr. Burgess of
Richmond under the Hill
in the County of Surrey
Gentleman at the
Yearly Wages of Six Guineas & continued
in his Service under such hiring upwards
of Two years that her said Husband died
about Seventeen years ago in St. Kitts
Hospital
, and that at the time of his Death
she lived as a hired Servant
by the Year
with Sr
.

of Twenty Guineas, that she lived in his
Service about Four years, But that she
had at that time Two Children living the
lawful issue by her said late Husband, And

apply to the Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Botolph without Aldgate Middx for Relief &
has been relieved by them accordingly
