The Minutes of the last Court were read and confirmed.

The Minutes of the House Committee of the 4th. Feby last were read
and confirmed whereby it appeared

That the Committee had recommended the Rt. Honble Ld. Craven
and David Caddell< no role > Esqr . to be Governors of these Hospitals

And had Ordered the Steward do provide some Books for the
use of the Chapel under the direction of the Revd. Mr. Bowen

That Mr. Shawe had informed the Committee on behalf of their
Tenants the Inhabitants of Bridewell Precinct that after various
applications the Corporation of London had directed the Great
Sewer Arch and Pavement in the Precinct to be properly repaired
without prejudice to the question by whom the expence of the said
repairs was to be paid, But that the City had since required the
Inhabitants to enter into an Agreement respecting the same
which requisition with the minutes of the Vestry thereon Mr.
Shawe had also laid before the Committee for the information of
the Governors And requested that the same might be entered upon
the minutes which were entered accordingly.

That the Committee had Resolved that Mr. Emmitt the Receiver of
Lincolnshire Estates should be instructed to receive from Mrs.
Andrew the late Tenant £40 part of £80 now due from her for
Arrears of Rent and that the residue should be remitted her.
