Continued Thursday April 30th. 1795 .

And had Ordered the Women Prisoners to be removed into the
Prison lately repaired and fitted for their reception.

The minutes of the Bethlem Committee of the 24th. and the 28th. of April
last were read and confirmed whereby it appeared.

That the Committee had contracted for Meat for Six months And
for Beer Milk Candles and Slops and Cloathing for the use
of the Patients for 12 months from Lady day.

That the Committee had Resolved to reinstate, Ann Bean< no role > one
of the Gallery Maids who had been suspended by the Sub Committee
on the 4th. of April for misconduct upon her promise of being
particularly attention to her duty in future.

And had Ordered that no Servant should (without permission
of the Physician Surgeon or Apothecary) suffer any of the Patients
to set up longer of an Evening than the usual hour allowed and
directed or permit them to be at large in any other places than those
appropriated for their use on pain of Suspension or dismission.

And that the Steward and Matron should give to the Basketmen
and Gallery Maids a List of such Patients as the Physician Surgeon
or Apothecary may judge to be in a state of sufficient convalescence
to be permitted with safety to enjoy such indulgence as they or one
of them shall in writing prescribe.

And had Ordered that a Letter be written to Messrs. Poynder and
Slatford to inform them that unless the repairs at the Hospital which
ought to have been completed on or before the first of November
last agreeable to the terms of their Contracts were not finished on
or before the 31st. May their Bond would be put in suit against
them.

And had Ordered that the Surveyor do prepare a particular and
estimate of such Repairs as he judges necessary to be done to the
Hospital in the present year.
