At this Court the following poor Boys were Ordered to
be put Apprentice Vizt.

Little Jane to be admitted a
patient without a Certificate
a 3 Securities bound be and in £200


Upon Reading the Humble Petition of the Adventures of
Deeping Ten in the County of Lincoln on behalf of Jane Little< no role >
a Lunatic Setting forth That the said Jane Little< no role > is about 45
years of Age and has been disordered in her Senses about
7 Months has been so before is in a raving condition and
Very mischievous but strong enough to undergo a course of
Physic is poor and totally dependant upon Your Petitioners
and as there were no Churchwardens or Overseers where
the said Lunatic had resided no Certificate could be
Obtained Therefore praying that the Court would be pleased
to Order the said Jane Little< no role > to be Admitted a Patient
into Bethlem Hospital without a certificate on giving
such Security as the Court should direct It is Ordered
that the said Jane Little< no role > be admitted a Patient into
Bethlem Hospital upon three substantial House keepers
becoming Securities by Bond to the Treasurer in the
penalty of £200 with the usual condition of Bonds given
for other Patients admitted into the said Hospital.

Upon Reading the Humble Petition of William
Hill
< no role > of New Court Carey Street Apothecary on behalf of
Charles Herriott< no role > a Lunatic setting forth That the said Charles
Herrioll was about 36 years of Age had been disordered in
his senses was in a Raving condition and had attempted
his own life by cutting his Throat but being a Notice of
Scolland and never having gained any Settlement in England
No Certificate could be obtained And Therefore praying that
the Court would be pleased to order the said Charles
Herrioll to be admitted a Patient into Bethlem Hospital
