Exertion and attention of all devout charitable Christians
Pray that your Lordship and the Court for their encouragement
to carry on and effectuale this desirable work will be pleased to
Grant for a Term of years to commence forthwith or so seen
After the expiration of the present subsisting Lease as the
Court shall think proper and to continue for a Term equal
to the Present Term of 999 years at such small stipend (in
the name of a Rent) as the Court shall Think fit for the
purpose of filling up and compleating such Buildings
at your Memorialists costs and charges as shall be
necessary for the reception and accommodation of so
many incurable Patients in addition to the number at
Present harboured within the said Hospital as they are or
shall be enabled to support and for no other purpose
and that your Memorialists may be heard by themselves
or their Council in support thereof And Your Memorialists
shall ever Pray Etc This Court having duly weighed
and considered the said Memorial doth approve thereof and
it is ordered that the same be fairly Transcribed and signed
by the Clerk and presented to the Common
Council

has received part of Mr.
Fowkes Gift and praying part of Mr. Locks Gift It is
Ordered that it be referred to Mr. Deputy Rogers
