his Benefaction of £50 reported


Richd. Clark< no role > Esqr . Aldn . Treasurer Reported that he had reced
of Joseph Bushnan< no role > Esqr . £50.. for the use of Bridewell & Bethlem
Hospitals It was moved and seconded that the Thanks of this Court
be given to Mr. Bushnan for his kind and Charitable Donation
which was done accordingly.

At this Court the Charge was read to Samuel Thornton< no role >
Esqr . as a Governor of these Hospitals.

Upon Reading a Report from the House Committee
bearing date the 29th. Day of November Instant under the Hands of
Richard Clark< no role > Esqr . Aldn . Treasurer William Curtis< no role > Esqr . Aldn . Henry
Cranke Esqr . Auditor General Edwd. Atkins< no role > Esqr . Benjn. Kenton< no role > Esqr .
Richd. Nixon< no role > Esqr . Richd. Austin< no role > Esqr . William James< no role > Esqr . and Mr.
Deputy Wm. Rogers< no role > in the words and figures following Vizt.
In Pursuance of an Order of Court of the 23d. Day of September
last Whereby it was Declared that Mr. Peter Alavoine was that Day
Elected Steward of Bethlem Hospital till the next Election Day and
it was Ordered that the said Peter Alavoine should give Security
himself and two Sureties jointly and severally to be Bound in £500.
the Sureties to be approved by the House Committee and a General
Court the said Peter Alavoine proposed Anne Alavoine and Esther
Alavoine both of Tottenham High Cross in the County of Middlesex
Spinsters as his Sureties before this Committee who having duly
considered such Proposed do approve such Sureties All which is
nevertheless submitted to the Judgment of the Court. This Court
having duly weighed and considered the said Report doth Confirm
the same

Mr. Depy. William Rogers< no role > in the words and figures following Vizt.
It is the Opinion of this Committee that it be recommended to the
next General Court that the Gratuity of £50.. which has been
annually Voted to the late Mr. Henry White< no role > Steward of this Hospital
as a Reward for his Diligence and faithful Attention to the Duties
