a Constable to take up the Women of the Town That
there were two other Boys in the same Dress in Company-
with Angell whose Names or Persons he does not know, but
neither of them either struck or otherwise molested him. The
Committee then Proceeded to Inquire what Boys were
Absent from their Master the Day and Hour above mentioned
and found that the said Robert Angell< no role > together with
Francis Russell< no role > and Thomas Steward< no role > (all Apprentices to
Roger Owen< no role > ) were the only Boys them out of the Hospital

Pressed confessed that he was in Company with Angell &
Russell in Bridges Street at the above time and Angell

other Occasions appearing to be a very bad and incorrigible
Boy) should be Committed to Mathews Hole till the next
General Court and that he should be then Whipped Stripp'd
Discharged from the Hospital and sent to Sea All which
is nevertheless submitted to the Judgment of the Court." -
And also upon reading the humble Petition of the said -

during the remainder of his time.-And your Petitioner
Richard Angell< no role > saith that his Nephew is an Orphan
