and weaver Settingforth that he served his Apprentiship in this Hospital
to Jeffry Gillingham< no role > one of the Artmasters by Indenture dated 10th. April 1745
and by Order of Court of 24th. November 1752 was made free of this City the
27th. March 1753 and was set up for himself in his Trade at No. 87
Crown Court in Bridewell Precinct Had received Mr. Fowkes Gift and
Praying Mr. Locks Gift It is Ordered That Charles Vere< no role > Esqr . Edwd
Umfreville
< no role > Esqr . and Mr. Richard Crowther< no role > or any two of them be
desired to Inquire if the said John Lambert< no role > be set up for himself in his
Trade & of his hopefulness therein & report the same to the Court
