5th. of May 1768 your Worships Covenanted to Demise to

therein named All that Messuage or Tenement with the Appurtenanne
Situate on the South Side of Riches Court
in Lime Street
London then late
in the Possession of Messrs.

hold from Midsummer then next for 21 Years at the yearly Rent
of £50 That by Indenture of Assignment dated 12th. November 1770
made between the said

of the One part and the Petitioner
of the Other part Reciting he said Contract And Reciting that notwithstanding
the Said Contract or Agreement so made in the Name of the said

alone yet the said

did Acknowledge
and declare that such House and Premises wereby Agreement to be
taken for the Joint and Equal Account and benefit of himself and
the Petitioner and that they had in Consequence thereof repaired and
furnished the said House at their Joint Expence and Jointly and
Equally Enjoyed the same ever since and Reciting that the said

then stood indebted to the Petitioner in the Sum of
£465 and for securing the Payment thereof did that day give his Bond
to the Petitioner payable Six Months after the date thereof with Lawful
Interest for the same and for further and better Securing the Payment
thereof the said

did agree to Bargain Sell Assign and
make over to the Petitioner all his Moiety Share Right Interest and benefit
of in and to the said Contract or Agreement and the Lease to be Obtained
by virtue thereof and also of and in the said Massuage and Premises
thereby Agreed to be Demised and to all Singular the House hold Goods
Furniture and things being in and about the same Subject to
Redemption as therein after mentioned It is Witnessed that as well
for vesting in the Petitioner his Own Moiety Share and Interest of and
in Said Premises Household Goods and furniture as for better securing
to him the Payment of the said £465 and Interest as also in Consideration
