Continued Thursday 29th. July 1773

of 5s. to him the said Abraham Hart< no role > in Hand paid by the Petitioner He the said
Abraham Hart< no role > did Bargain Sell Assign Transfer and setover unto the Petitioner
all and Singular the said Messuage or Tenement and Premises so Contracted &
Agreed for and Intended to be Demised with the full Benefit and Advantage
of the said Agreement and Lease and also all and Singular the said Household
Goods Furniture and things being in and about the said House and all the
Estate and Interest property profit Claim and Demand Whatsoever of him
the Said Abraham Hart< no role > of in and to the same To hold as to one Equal Moiety
or half part unto the Petitioner his Executors Administrators and Assigns to &
for his and their own use and benefit as and for his and their own absolute
Property for and during all the residue and Remainder of the said Term of
21 Years then to Come and unexpired Subject to one Equal Moiety of the Rent
Taxes Repairs and other outgoings and to the Performance of the Covenants
to be Contained in the said Lease on the Tenants part to be paid and performed
and To hold one Equal Moiety of the Household goods Furniture unto the
Petitoner his Executors Aministrators and Assigns to and for his and their
own proper use and benefit as his and their own proper Goods and Chattels
absolutely for ever And also To hold the remaining or other Moiety of him
the said Abraham Hart< no role > of and in the said Messuage Household Goods
Furniture and other things unto the Petitioner his Executors Administrators
and Assigns subject to one Moiety of the Rent and Covenants Contained in
the said Intended Lease Subject to Redemption of the said last mentioned
Moiety in manner therein after mentioned. that is to say that if the said
Abraham Hart< no role > his Executors Administrators or Assigns did and Should pay
or Cause to be paid to the Petitioner his Executors Administrators or Assigns the
full sum of £465 together with Lawful Interest for the Same on or before the
12th. Day of May then next Ensuing that then and in such Case every matter
therein contained so far only as concerned the said Abraham Harts Moiety
of said Premises so Assigned to the Petitioner by way of Mortgage should
lease determine and be void to all Intents and Purposes That the Petitioner
is desirouse of having the said Lease so Contracted and Agreed for by the said
Abraham Hart< no role > made out in his Own name instead of the said Abraham Harte
if your Worships shall so please and therefore praying that the Lease so
Contracted and agreed for by the said Abraham Hart< no role > of the said Premises might
be made to the Petitioner for the residue of the said Term new to come and
unexpired It is Ordered that the said Petition be referred to the House
Committee that they do Consider the same and Report their Opinion thereon to
this Court

his Inclimation to resign It is Ordered that such his resignation be
Accepted and it is referred to the House Committee to treat with the said
Robert Hadwen< no role > for the fixtures in his Appartment.

Vacancy Declared


At this Court the vacancy of an Artsmaster was Declared on the Resignation of the
said Robert Hdwen and it is Ordered that it be referred to the House Committee to Consider
of a Proper Person in his room & Report their Opinion there on to this Court.
