had been Extremely Instrumental in making the
above Improvements by his Skill and Diligence in Viewing
the said Estate It is Ordered that it be referred to the Committee of
this House to Consider what Increase should and ought to be made
to the said Mr. Williams's Salary for his Care and Service as
aforesaid
