Coverants contained in said LeaseThat on 7th February 1738

obtained Licence of this Court to Assign his
Interest in said Premises to the said

who is since Dead
having first made his will and appointed the Petitioner Executrix
thereof whereby She is become Intitled to the said Premises for the
residue fo the Term GrantedThat the Petitioner was Desirous
to Grant an Under Lease of 4 of the said Messuages Therefore Rayed
that the might be at Liberty to Grant a Lease of one of the said
Messuages situate in Cross Street
and two other of the said
