And that he was of Opinion great
Improvements might be made in the same many of which
he Stated to the Court It is Ordered that it be referred to
the House Committee to Set and Let the said Estate in such
manner as they shall think proper and that the Committee
be also Impowered to Contract for Embanking such Part of
the Salt Marshes part of the same Estates as they Shall be
of Opinion will be beneficial to the Hospital Estate and when
they shall have Carried the Several Matters hereby referred
into Execution It is further Ordered that they do Report
the same together with their Opinions thereon to this Court
And it is further Ordered that
