Continued Wednesday 23d. May 1764

Covenants That the said Daniel LeSeur laid out more then the said
Sum of £120 in the Necessary repairs and Improvement of the said
Premes but no Lease was ever Executed to him That the said Daniel
Leseur is desirous that the said Lease may be made out and Granted
to your Petitioner for the residne of the said Term of 21 Years now to
Come and un expired upon the same Terms and Conditions as the said
Lease was to have been Granted to him and your Petitioners willing
to Accept the same Your Petitioner therefore Humbly Drays your
Worships that the said Lease which was to have been made out and Granted
to the said Daniel Le Seur< no role > may be Executed to and in the name of your
Petitioner for the residne of the Said Term of 21 years now to come and
un expired at the same rent & under the same Covenants Conditions &
Agreements as the said Daniel Le Seur< no role > was to have hold and enjoyed
the said Premisses And your Petitioner shall ever Pray
It is Ordered that the Lease formerly Granted to the said Daniel
Le Suer
< no role > be made and Granted to the said Francis Magnas< no role > for the
residue of the said Term of 21 Years now to come and un expired upon the
same Terms and Condition as the same was to have been Granted to
the said Daniel Le Suer

to be Discharged from his Bond
Lesurely for Cotton on paymt.
of £100.


Upon Reading a Letter from Mr. William Hamerton< no role >
Directed to Mr. William Bristowe< no role > in the Words and figures following
Mr. William Bristowe< no role > Sir In Order to a said further Trouble with
regard to the Demand of the Hospital on My Fathers Security for
Mr. Cotton I Will on the Discharge of the Bond pay One hundred
Pounds the same Sum as has been paid by Mr. Read the others
Security And I hereby Authorize yo [..] to Join in this Proposal &
Agreement for me with the governors of said Hospital of Bridewell
and you'l much Oblige Sir Your most Humble Servant Wm. Hamerton< no role >
London 23d. May 1764

It is Ordered That upon Payment of the Sum of £100 by the said
William. Hamerton< no role > to the treasurer of these Hospitalls the said
Wm. Hamerton< no role > be & he is hereby Discharged Hospitals the Bond
Entred into by his Father as one of the Sureties of Charles Cotton< no role > late
Steward of this Hospitall

Ordered that the Consideration of the Complaint against
the Artsmasters Beadles and Boys be referred to the Stense
Committee and that Mr. President be Desired to appoint a Court at
such time as he shall think proper after such Report to receive
the same
