Covenants That the said Daniel LeSeur laid out more then the said
Sum of £120 in the Necessary repairs and Improvement of the said
Premes but no Lease was ever Executed to him That the said Daniel
Leseur is desirous that the said Lease may be made out and Granted
to your Petitioner for the residne of the said Term of 21 Years now to
Come and un expired upon the same Terms and Conditions as the said
Lease was to have been Granted to him and your Petitioners willing
to Accept the same Your Petitioner therefore Humbly Drays your
Worships that the said Lease which was to have been made out and Granted
to the said Daniel Le Seur< no role >
may be Executed to and in the name of your
Petitioner for the residne of the Said Term of 21 years now to come and
un expired at the same rent & under the same Covenants Conditions &
