Continued Wednesday 23d. May 1764

One Thousand Pounds Old South Sea Annuitys as the same shall become growdnes
and Payable The first of which said half yearly Payment to Commence and be made on
the first half Yearly Divedend shall be made on the said Old South sea Annuity's
next Immediately after my Deceas Item I Give and bequeath unto Wm. Sheppard< no role >
of Thomas Street London Cheesemonger James Green< no role > of Token house Yard
London Gent & Thomas Mead< no role > of Thomas Street London Cheese monger and the
Survivors & Survivor of them other One thousand Pounds of my Old South Sea
Annuities Upon Trust & Confidence Nevertheless that they my said Trustees and
the Sessions & Survivor of them do well & truely pay or cause to be paid Into Mary
Kemp
< no role > Spinster my house keeper or her l Assigns or do permit and Suffer her or
them to have receive and take yearly and every years for and during term of her
Natural life by even & equal half yearly Paymts. the dividends Interest & Profitts
of the said One thousand Pounds Old South Sea Annuity last mentioned as the same
shall becomes grow due and Payable the first of which said half yearly Paymt
to Commence and made on the first half yearly Dividend as shall be made on the said
Old south Sea Annuities next Immediatly after my decease Item I Give and
bequeath into John Phillips< no role > the Elder of Grace church Street London Haber dasher
the Sum of One hundred Pounds of Lawfull Money of Great Britain Item I Give &
bequeath into the said Parish of Allhallows Lombard Street the Sum of One
Hundred Pounds of like lawfull Money to be paid with in One Callender Months
next after my Decase into the hands of the Church Wardens of the said Parish for
the use of the said Parish Item I Give and bequeath unto James Green< no role > of Token house
Yard London Gentleman All my Plates Rings Watches House hold Goods and
Furniture House hold Linnen Wearing Apparrel & both Linnen & Wollen to & for his
Own Absolute use and Disposal Item I Give and bequeath into the said Wm.
Sheppard
< no role > the Sum of Five hundred Pounds of lawfull Money of Great Britain Item
I Give and Bequeath into the said James Green< no role > the Sume of Five hundred Pounds
if like lawfull Money Item I Give and bequeath into the said Thomas Mead< no role > the
Sum of Five hundred Pounds of like law full Money Item I Give and bequeath into
Elizabeth HalfKnight< no role > my and Servant the Sum of Ten Pounds of likes Law full
Money in Case She be living with me at the time of my Deceases All the rest
Residue & Rems. of my Person Estate & Elects whatsoever & wheresoever not
herein before effectualls disposed off (after Paymt of my Debts Legacys & Feneral
Expenses and the Charges of Proving this My Will) I Give and bequeath the same &
every part thereof into the treasurer or treasurer s for the time being of Saint Thomas
Hospital in the Borough of Southwark Saint Bartholomews Hospital none
Smith Fields Saint Lukes Hospital near appear Moor fields Bethlem Hospital in
Moor fields the London Hospital in White Chapple Road & the London Work house
without Bishops gate in such Parts Shares & Proportions following that is to
say One full & equal Sixth Parts of the said Residue of my said Personal Estates
and Effects ( the whole into Six Equal parts to be desided) I Give and bequeath into the
treasurer or treasurer s for the time being of Saint Thomas Hospitals for the
Use of the said Hospital One otherfull & equal Sixth part thence of I Give and
bequeath unto the treasurer or treasurer s for the time being of Saint Bartholomew
Hospital for the Use of the said Hospital One other full & equal Sixth part
thereof I Give and bequeath unto the Treasure or Treasures for the time
