be made to the Said Samuel Mellor< no role > for the Remainder of the said Term which the
Robert Hardcastle< no role > had to come therein at and under the yearly Rent of 3lb clear of
all Taxes and upon the Said Samuel Mellour< no role > Agreeing to lay out 200lb in Building a
Substantial Brick Messuage on the said Ground According to the Second Rate of
Building in London and Executing a Counterpart of Such Leave

That the said Samuel Mellor< no role > did Accordingly build a Brick Messuage on the
said Peice of Ground and by Indenture bearing date the 8th. day of May 1755 In
Consideration of 278lb to him in Hand paid by Your Petitioners Said late Husband
He the said Samuel Mellor< no role > did Bargain Sell Assign and Set over to Your Said
Petitioners Husband the aforesaid peice or parcell of Ground Together with the
Messuage Erected and Built thereon and all his Interest therein To Hold to
Your Petitioners Husband his Executors Administrators and Assigns for the
Residue of the Term which the Said Samuel Mellor< no role > had to come therein Subject to
the said Ground Rent of 3lb. P Annum.

That Your Petitioners said Husband since the making of the aforesaid
Assignment laid out and Expended upwards of £340 In Compleating the said
Messuage and In other Improvements on the said Premes

That Your Petitioners said Husband departed this life on or About the 30th.
day of August 1761 Intestate and Your Petitioner hath Since Obtained Letters of
Administration of all and Singular his Goods and Chattles Rights and Credits
to be granted to her whereby your Petitioner is become Intitled to the Estate and
Interest which her Said late Husband had in the said peice of Ground Messuage
and premes

That no Lease hath been wer made or granted either to the Said Samuel Mellor< no role >
or to your Petitioners Said late Husband in pursuance of Your Worships aforesaid
Order and Your Petitioner is willing to pay all Arrears of Ground Rent up to the
Present Time and desirous of having a Lease of the aforesaid Premes for the residue
of the aforesaid Term of 62 Years now to come and unexpired In her own Name
Your Petitioner therefore Humbly Prays your Worships to grant her a Lease of the
said Peice or Parcell of Ground containing 20 Feet 9 Inches In front and of the
Messuage or Tenement thereon built for the Residue of the said Term of 62 Years
Commencing as aforesaid at and under the Yearly Rent of 3lb clear of all Taxes
and Deductions and under such Covenants Restrictions and Agreements as are
usual in your Worships Leaves to other Tenants of the said Hospital and Your
Petitioner shall ever Pray Etc. This Court Doth Order that a Lease be made
of the said Premisses to the said Catherine Cunnick< no role > for the Remainder of the said
Term instead of being made to the said George Cunnick< no role >
