Junr. of London Merchants as followsThat the Petitioner John Boucher Junr.
Holds a House in Limestreet Square (No. 1 ) part of the 'Possessions of Bethlem
Hospital) under a Lease from the Governors for 21 Years from Lady Day 1749
(Determinable on One Years Notice before the Expiration of the first 11 years)
at £18. P Annum Rent Clear of TaxesAnd has Agreed to Assign over the
said Lease and Premises and all his Right and Title thereinto his
Nephew the said John Boucher Junr.And Praying Lycence of this
Court to Assign the said Lease and Premises accordinglyThis Court having
Consider'd the same Doth give Lycence to the said John Boucher Senr. to Assign
the said Lease and Premises to the said John Boucher Junr. for the Residue of
the Term to come therein.

the parish of Saint Anns Black fryers London Plaisterer as followsThat
the Petitioner proposes to take a Lease of a Messuage late in the Occupation of
James Heather< no role > Bookbinder in the Precinct (No.5 ) for 7 years at £12 P
Annum Rent clear of Taxes (the Governors putting the House into Tenantable
repair) or 10l. P Annum Rent clear of Taxes and the Petitioner will Repair
the said House payable Quartley at the Compting House of the said Hospital
of Bridewell and to Execute a Counter part of such Lease to contain the Usual
Convenants and a Covenant to serve the Office of Chapel Warden when Elected
in the Usual manner and to pay to the Chapel Wardens Quartely his Proportion
with the other Inhabitants in the Precinct of the Sums which shall be Rated towards
the Charge of the Seavenger watch and poor of the said PrecinctAnd Praying
a Lease AccordinglyThis Court doth Order that the said Petition be Referr'd
to the Comittee of this House to Consider thereof And Report their Opinion
thereon to the Court.

On Reading the Humble Petition of Philip Bone< no role > Weaver Settingforth That
he Served his Apprenticeship in this Hospital to Thomas Keil< no role > deceased and by
Order of this Court has been made free of this City and received £10. of Mr.
Fowkes Gift for which he Returns his most humble Thanks to the Court
But having Occasion for further Assistance Prays some part of Mr. Locks
Gift to enable him the better to carry on his Trade It is referr'd to the
Comittee of this House to enquire into his Behaviour and Report their Opinion
to this Court.
