Upon Reading the humble Petition of William Coleman< no role > of the
Parish of St. John Wapping in the County of Middlesex Linnen draper
Benjamin Dixon< no role > of the same place Linnen draper & Katherine Fossick< no role >
of the same place Widow as followsThat by Lease from the
Governors (No. 36 ) dated 24th. Novr. 1752 the Petr. Willm. Coleman
holds 3 Messes or Tenements on the Southside of Wapping street from
Ladyday 1752 for 14 Years (which will Expire at Lady day 1766) at £12
P Ann rent clear of Taxes payable quarterly at Bridewell Hospital,
(The Two Wester most of which said Messes are now in Occupation of the
Petr. Benja. Dixon And the other Messe (being the Easter most of the
three) is in Occupation of the Petr. Kathn. FossickThat the Petitioner
Coleman has Agreed to Assign Transferr, or Surrender all his right and
Interest to and in the said Two Westermost Messes to the Petr. Dixon
And of and in the said Eastermost Messe to the Petitioner
Katherine FossickAnd praying The Governors will be pleased
to Accept a Surrender of the said Lease and premes by the Petr. Coleman
And to Grant a New Lease of the said Two Westermost Messes to the
Petr. Benja. Dixon for the residue of the Sd. Term of 14 Years yet to
come at the Yearly rent of £8. clear of TaxesAnd a New Lease
of the said Easter most Messe to the Pettr. Kathn. Fossick for the Residue
of the said Term of 14 Years at the Yearly rent of £4 clear of Taxes
with the like Covenants as are Contained in the said Lease to the sd
William Coleman.This Court having Considered the same Doth
Order That the Petr. Coleman may Surrender his sd. Lease And thereupon
That a New Leasebe made of the Two Westermost houses to the
Petr. Dixon at the rent of £8 P Ann clear of Taxes and a New Lease of
the Easter most house to the Petr. Fossick at the rent of £4 P Ann clear of Taxes for
the residue of the said Term of 14 years They respectively Executing Counter parts
of such New Leases.

Upon Reading the humble Petition of Joseph Tristram< no role > Glover Setting forth
That he Served his Apprenticeship in this Hospital to Samuel Geldart< no role > one
of the Artsmasters by Indre dated the 11th. day of August 1749 And by Order of
Court 9th. Decr. 1756 was made free of this City the 12th. of Janry 1757 and is set up
for himself in his said Trade at Mr Turners a Silver Turner and Pollisher in
George street Foster lane LondonAnd praying some part of Mr Fowkes Gift
Mr Deputy Martindale, John Patterson< no role > Esqr. & Mr. Samuel Seawell< no role > or any two
of them are desired to enquire whether he be set up in his said Trade & of
his hopefullness therein And report to the Court
