Upon Reading the humble Petition of Henry Roberts< no role > of the Parish of
St Andrew Holborn in the County of Middx Engraver as followsThat the
Petr. is Tenant of a House near Hand Court in Holborn (No.3 ) which he held
under a Lease from the Governors for 7 Years which are Expired at £25P
Ann rent clear of TaxesThat the Petr. is desirous of takeing a New Lease
(with Usual Covenants between the Govr. & their Tenants) of the same Hose in
the Condition it now is from Xmas next 1756 for 11 Years at the same rent clear
of Taxes payable quarterly at the Compting house at Bridewell Hospital
and to put the Premes into repair and to Execute a Counter part of such Lease
And praying a Lease AccordinglyThis Court Doth Order
that the said Petition be referr'd to the Comittee of this House to Consider thereof
And Report their Opinion thereon to the Court.

Upon Reading the humble Petition of Nathaniel Morgan< no role > of the Parish of
St Andrew Holborn in the County of Middx Cheesmonger as followsThat the
Petr. proposes to take a Lease (with Usual Covenants between the Govrs. & their
Tenants) of a House in Holborn (No.3 ) now in the Occupation of Henry Roberts
for 21 Years from Xmas next 1756 at £8P Ann rent clear of Taxes Payable
quarterly at the Compting house at Bridewell Hospital and to lay out £60 in
Necessary Repairs and to pay a Fine of £100. and will Execute a Counter Part
of such LeaseAnd praying a Lease AccordinglyThis Court
Doth Order That the sd. Petition be referr'd to the Comittee of this House
to Consider thereof and Report their Opinion thereon to the Court.

11th September 1756 under the hands of John Wallington< no role > Esqr Trear Mr. Wm
Kinleside
< no role > , & Richd Roman< no role > Esqr as follows ViztAt this Comittee Wm. St Drusina< no role >
of London Merchant Proposed to take of the Governors of Bethlem Hospital a Messe
with the Appurtes on the West side of Fowkes Court alias Dolphin Court in Tower street
(late in Occupation of Eliz< no role > & Cathne Mugglestone< no role > ) in the Conditioin it now is & to lay out
£28 in Necessary Repairs And to take A Lease thereof with Usual Covenants
between the said Govrs and their Tenants from Michas next for 11 years at a Pepper
Corn rent for the first Year and £28 P Ann rent clear of Taxes for the Residue of the
said Term payable quarterly at the compting house of the Hospital of Bridewell
London with a proviso That if he gives Notice in Writing 6 Months before
the Expiration of the 1st. Seven Years That he intents to guit the sam them the Lease
Shall Determine at the Expiration of the said 7 Years and to Seal a Counterpart of
such LeaseAnd the Comittee are of Opinion to Accept the said Proposal which
they Nevertheless Submitt to the Judgment of the CourtThis Court having
duly Weighed and Considerd the said Report Doth confirm the same And Order
That a Lease be made to the sad Mr. Drusina Accordingly.
