for the Remainder of the said TermThat the Petitioner upon a Street
examination since the Assignment made to him finds great decays in the
foundation & Walls & other parts of the sd. Mosses, which he did not before
Discover, and which must be imediately made good to keep up the buildings &
will be a greater Expence than the produce of the Rack rents will

the Hospitals rent, The Land Tax & other Necessary Charges, during the 7 years
to come in the said LeaseAnd praying the Governors to grant him an
Additional Term of 14 years at the same yearly rent of £60 P Ann
