Obadiah West and Robert Clark being present and Consenting
thereto It is Ordered that the said Thomas Clerk be discharged
from the Hospital and turned over to the said Robert Clark

One of the Women Prisoners having Complained to this Court That
the Diet they had was not Sufficient to Support em and produced
a small peice of Beef which she said was the whole Allowance of
Beef for yesterdayThe Court Ordered a Days Allowance
to be brought up but this being a day wherein no beef is Allowed
(that being only 4 days in the Week) 3 Portions of bread & Cheese
were brought & the Cheese being Weighed in Court was in all but
7¼ Ounces which According to the old Order of Court shou'd
have been 12 Ounces Vizt. 4 Ounces for each Prisoner which

said was to be Suffolk Cheese but
that the Cheese he gave the Prisoners Cost him Double the price
of Suffolk Cheese And that it was According to the Information he
had from the former Stewards Widow and what she said her
Husband had always doneWhereupon the Question
being put That Oliver Acton the Steward of this Hospital be
Discharged it pass'd in the NegativeThen the Question
being put That the sd. Oliver Acton be Suspended till next Court
it pass'd in the Affirmative Unanimouslyand it is
Ordered That
