dated 11th. Decr. 1751 under the hands of Robert Alsop< no role > Esqr. Aldn

Vizt.Mr. Thomas. Morson< no role > who holds Several Houses and
Ground in Wapping part of the Possessions of Bridewell Hospl.
as Asee under Wm. Bates< no role > of the Leases from the Govrs. one (No. 5)
at £20 P Ann & the other (No. 7. 8.) at £50 P Ann for 49 years with
with Both expired at Midsr. 1704And Acquainted the Commee
that at Lady 1740 he became intitled to the sd. Leases & premes for
the Remr. of the sd. Term then to come & paid the sd. rents to the
Steward for 3¾ years to Xmas 1743 without Deducting the
Land tax with he ought to have done and therefore prayed he
might be Allowed the same for that time and for the time since
past and to come And laid the sd. Leases before the Comee which
they respected and finding the sd. rents are therein reserved payable
in Grass without any Mention of the Parliamentary or other Taxes
The Comittee are of Opinion that Mr. Mason hand be Allowed
then Land tax for the sd. Ground rents from Xmas 1743 in the
Proportions the same bear respectively to the Grass Rock rents
But this And whether be should have the Allowance for the rent
he has paid to Xmas 1743 is Submitted to the Judgment of the
CourtThis Court haveing duly weighed & Considered the sd.
Report Doth confirm the sameAnd Order that the sd.
Mr. Morson be Allowed the Land Tax in respect of the sd. Ground
rents from Laday 1740 & for the future during the Continuance of
the said Leases

Mr. Wm. Fletcher< no role > and Mr. Saml. John< no role > as follow ViztIt is
the Opinion of this Comittee That Mr. Wm. Kindleside< no role > (who was
Nominated to be a Governor at a Court the 29th. day of April 1748
and was then about 3 Months under the Age of 30 years) is
a proper Person to be a Govrs. of these HospitalsWhich is
Nevertheless Submitted to the Judgment of the CourtThis
Court having duly Weighed and Considered the sd. Report doth Confirm
the same And Order that a Staff be sent to the said Mr.
