Upon reading the humble Petition of John Cahuac and Hugh
Knowlings

Setting forthThat the Governors by Indenture of Lease bearing date
the 20th of January 1740 demised to Sir John Eyles< no role > Barronet and Oldn:
All those Several Prices or Parcels of ground with the Erectaries
thereupon Erected Scituate and being together in an To regular from in Old
Bethlem late in the Occupation of Sr Joseph Eyles< no role > and formerly of Benjamin
Spyer
< no role > or Miller Containing from East to West in the first towards
Bethlem Street Northward Twenty Six feet of Assize little more or less and
the Bar or back past thereof Southward forty fast Eight Inches of Assign
little More or less and on Depth form North to South on the East Side thereof
by Two Breaks Westward 128 feet 10 Juckes of Assize Little more or less and
in the West Side Thereof by Two Breaks Eastward 144 feet one wick of
Assize Little more or lessto Hold from Christmas 1740 for 36 Years
at the Rent of £12 P AnnumThat at a Court Holden at the said
Hospital of Bridewell on Friday the Tenth day of July 1741 It was
Ordered that the said Sir John Eyles< no role > Should have the License of the said
Court Absolutely to Assign the said Premes to the said Peter Flower< no role >
That in Pursuance of the said License the Said John Eyles< no role > by Indenture
bearing date the Fourteenth day of July 1741 Did Assign the said Premis
Absolutely to the said Peter Flower< no role > That on or about the Month of May
last a Commission of Bankrumpt was Awarded and did Issue Against the
said Peter Flower< no role > and he was Found and declared a Banks [..] and the said
John Cahuac and Hugh Knowlings were duty Elected and Chosen
Assignees of the Estate and Effects of the said Peter Flower< no role > and by Indenture
of Assignment bearing date the Fifth day of June last the Majer part
of the Commissioners named and Appointed in and by the said Commissioner's
of Bankrupt Did assign and Set over to the said John Cahuac and
Hugh Knowlings all the Estate and Effects of the said Bankrupt
That the Petitioners John Colmar and Hugh knowlings are desi [..]
of making an Absolute Assignment of the said Pences to the Petitioner
Doctor Benjamin Besanquet for the remainder of the said Term of
36 Years now to came and unexpiredAnd Prayed that your Petitioners
John Colmar and Hugh knowlings may have leave Also lately to Assign
the said Premes to the Petitioner Doctor Benjamin Basanquet
It is Ordered that the said John Colmar & Hugh knewlings her
the Licence of this Court to Assign the said premes to the said Dr. Bengamin
but luck Assignment is to be drawn & written by the Clerk of this Hospital
or by his Procurement he taking reasonable to his fac [..] for his pains in set behalf

and Wickedness so that his Master could not be casey or Safe in his house
which the said Coilliew unmarried there and therefore Prayed to be discharged
of him And his father being present in Court and Promissing to find [..]
Master who would take his said Son It is ordered that the Clerk de declare
up to the said George Male the Indres of Apprenticeship of the said John
Coillier in order for his being turned over to another Master.
